Dr. Anthony R. Dickinson PhD., is the President of People Impact, a Chartered Psychologist (British Psychological Society), a Chartered Scientist (The Science Council in U.K.), and formerly Visiting Research Fellow to the McDonnell Centre for Higher Brain Function at Washington University School of Medicine, an academic and teaching institution ranking second place in the U.S. News & World Report ratings (2004). Dr. Dickinson's credentials and outstanding achievements have been frequently recognized, including his listing in Marquis'. "Who's Who in Science and Engineering" and "Who's Who in American Education" since the 1990s. Dr. Dickinson's scientific research has included the evolution and characterization of intelligence as professor of Psychology and Neuroscience at the University of Edinburgh, (Scotland, UK, 1991-1999) and pre-clinical investigations of eye-hand coordination behaviour in the brain (USA, 1999-2005).

As Professor in Psychology, Medicine and Pre-clinical Neuroscience, Dr Dickinson has taught graduate courses in the Biological Basis of Behaviour and Comparative, Developmental Cognition, whilst also being a frequently invited guest speaker to renowned universities and academic conferences in Europe, the USA, China and Japan.

Dr. Dickinson has held many professional memberships and awards, the most recent being a McDonnell-Pew CNS Investigator-Initiated Grant award for his program of visually-guided movement research at the McDonnell Centre for Higher Brain Function.
